We are currently recruiting for a Sales Support Specialist. This individual will play a key role in supporting the Sales Team and the VP Sales & Marketing, as well as ensuring Scintica’s customers have a positive experience. The role includes a mix of administrative support, customer support, system administration and light sales duties. The successful candidate will have an acute attention to detail, and an ability to effectively juggle tasks during periods of high volume.
This person will report directly to the VP Sales & Marketing, but will work very closely with the entire Sales Team, as well as the Finance & Administration Team.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
· Update customer records in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system;
· Respond to initial inquiries and send quotes for certain products within our portfolio;
· Record Product Managers’ opportunities in CRM and complete related forms;
· Schedule follow up action items and calls for the Product Managers;
· Enter customer purchase orders into relevant system(s);
· Prepare and send order acknowledgements to customers;
· Assist in the shipping process, including communications with freight carriers, brokers, customs and customers;
· Maintain customer warranty information in relevant system(s);
· Assist with maintaining pricing sheets and ensuring product database in CRM is up-to-date;
· Ensure an excellent customer experience for all customers (following up to ensure information has been received by customers, regular follow up for those not responsive, chasing down orders, etc.);
· Assist with quarterly reports (pulling data from CRM, formatting in PPT file);
· Assist VP Sales & Marketing with adhoc tasks.
